Please read this information in full before we begin designing your Shopify website & store.
After initial consultation, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss the final details of the website design agreement. Design services that Lesley Launched It, LLC will provide:
WEB DESIGN RATES:
My flat rates for website design plus store setup are below based on the number of products that will be sold in your store:
1-15 Products $250
16-30 Products $300
31-45 Products $350
46 or more Products $500
*This will be a one-time payment for website design services.

DESIGNING YOUR WEBSITE:
Platforms available: Shopify, GoDaddy, Square, Canva or Wix
Shopify:
- Shopify online store full Setup & Website Design.
- Video Instructions on how to navigate the Shopify platform. This will be sent as attachments to your provided e-mail along with our cheat sheets, and other valuable information.
- Your designer will provide an official launch date within 1-2 weeks after agreement is signed, so you can properly market your launch to your target audience. Please allow at least 30 days for design to be fully completed. If your website is fully complete before the allotted 30-day time frame, you will be notified by email that it is done early.
- Your designer will provide only 1 additional edit option after completion, free of charge if the client is not completely satisfied with the initial final product. Any edits after the 1 free edit, will be an additional $75 charge to edit again.
Information needed from client:
Domain name: Please provide 3 options that you would like for your domain name in the case of your name not being available.
Example:

Bio: Share with us a bit about your background for your About Us page. Include a brief paragraph about your business, and what it offers. If you have a mission in place, share that as well. Details are very important.
Social tags: Example: Facebook.com/'YourBusiness' or Instagram.com/yourbusiness, ext.
Email: Please provide the e-mail you would like to use for your store's communication.
Address & Contact info for the business: This info is necessary to register your store with Shopify. (Tax-ID details can be added at your leisure under account info tab)
Theme preference: I will need to know what color palette you would like for your store. (Choosing 3 colors is best!) If you are unsure, I can make a theme design for you based on your business niche or logo colors.
Slogan: If you already have a catchy slogan, share it with us. If you need help creating a slogan, or "catch phrase" it's one of our FAVORITE things to do! (Free of charge)
Logo: I will need you to provide me with a logo if you have one already. If no logo is provided, it will default to your store's name in the theme's chosen text & colors. If you would like us to design a logo for you that item is available under our freelance services tab. (See Logo Design Services)
Photos: I will need cropped & edited photos of all products that will be sold on your online store. If additional editing is needed on the photos, it will be an additional $150 charge. Editing multiple photos is very time consuming. Stock photos are fine but having personal photos of your on-hand inventory is also a plus. If you provide a service, you may provide photos of the service as well or stock photos of the service.

Pricing: I will need a full price list of each product or service that will be sold.
Reviews: I will provide a section for reviews to be posted. I will need any reviews that you may already have in an attachment or screenshot. If no reviews are provided the section will read "REVIEWS COMING SOON!" If you have reviews linked to your Facebook page those can be ported over automatically by linking your page to your store.
EXISTING STORES: REVAMP or REBRANDING
If you already have an existing Shopify store that needs tweaking, the same information above is necessary. Please provide us with the name of your existing store, and we will also need you to manually add administrative permission for us in order to make edits. After you authorize our design agreement, I will send you video instructions on how to add your designer as an administrator in order to begin your revamped website design.
WEBSITE MANAGING SERVICES
If you would like to hire Lesley Launched It, LLC to manage your Shopify store our weekly rates are listed below:
This is dependent upon how many products need to be managed on a weekly basis:
1-15 Products $100/week
16-30 Products $150/week
31-50 Products $200/week
51 or more products $250/week
Managing services include: Inventory, Adding new products, Removing products, Modifying products, Adding new collections, Adding new links, Adding new photos, Editing website content, managing reviews & managing active/inactive Promotional discount codes. (MANAGING NEEDS MAY VARY)
LOGO DESIGNING SERVICES:
If you don't have an existing logo and would like for me to design one for you, it is an additional $50. This can be purchased under our Freelance Services tab.
Includes:
- No watermark
- High-resolution files (PNG & JPG)
- Vector files (SVG, EPS & PDF)
- Transparent background files
SOCIAL MEDIA CREATION & MANAGEMENT:
NEW SOCIAL-MEDIA PAGE:
If you are starting a new business and have no established social media presence, I can create a page for your new business for an additional $75, in addition to your designing services fee. If you simply need a social media presence created only without web design services, $100.
Includes: (1) Facebook Page, (1) Instagram page, (1) TikTok account
[Businesses thrive off of exposure, so having more than one social media page is beneficial. If you would like more than one of these social media platforms, it is an additional $25 per platform.]
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
If you need your social media managed daily, it is: $100/week. (Sun-Mon, *7 DAYS)
Includes: 1.) Daily marketing videos posted to your story, and feed following a content strategy. 2.) I will also share your marketing videos daily on Lesley Launched It, LLC's social media business pages. 3.) All inbox inquires will be directed to you, the owner.
ADS & MARKETING:
Ads and marketing are essential for online businesses. It is how traffic gets to your website. If you would like for me to run your ad account for you, it will be an additional $200/week. Ads can be very tricky and there is much trial and error. Information on how to run your own ads will be included in your attachments. I can help run ads through Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Ads help to bring in sales from your target audience or shopper, in addition to having a good marketing strategy on social media.
